Green Ibérica Coslada (Madrid) busca un/a Customer Service para atender a clientes y proveedores por teléfono y correo, gestionar embarques y confeccionar documentación de importación (BL, certificados, sumarias, listas de carga) y coordinar bookings de transporte.

Se requiere Grado Superior en Comercio Internacional y/o Logística y Transporte, al menos 2 años en funciones similares, inglés intermedio/alto (prueba de idioma) y valorable francés; Office avanzado y orientación al cliente en equipo.

• Formación: Grado Superior en Comercio Internacional y/o Logística y Transporte.
• Experiencia: al menos 2 años realizando funciones similares.
• Inglés: nivel intermedio/alto; prueba de idioma.
• Office avanzado y orientación al cliente.

Responsabilidades

• Atender a clientes y proveedores por teléfono y correo.
• Notificación a clientes de todo lo relativo a embarques.
• Confección de documentación, especialmente de Importación (BL's, certificados, sumarias, listas de carga, manifiestos).
• Gestión de bookings/órdenes de transporte.
• Comunicación con el Puerto, Terminal y Agencia Tributaria.
• Control de espacios en barcos, fechas de llegada-salidas y transbordos.
• Facturación a clientes.

• Atención telefónica/mail a clientes y proveedores.
• Notificación a clientes de todo lo relativo a embarques.
• Confección de documentación, sobre todo de Importación (BL's, certificados, sumarias, listas de carga, manifiestos...).
• Gestión de bookings/órdenes de transporte.
• Comunicación con el Puerto, Terminal y Agencia Tributaria.
• Control de espacios en barcos, fechas de llegada-salidas y transbordos.
• Facturación a clientes.

What are we looking for?

• Formación: Grado Superior en Comercio Internacional y/o Logística y Transporte.
• Experiencia: al menos 2 años realizando las mismas funciones o en puesto similar en el sector.
• Inglés: nivel intermedio/alto (se realizará prueba de idioma).
• Muy valorable contar con francés.
• Usuario/a avanzado/a de Office.
• Profesional con alta orientación hacia el cliente y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
