Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and value realization across the Onboard and Use lifecycle for Business and Midmarket customers. You will build trusted relationships and accelerate time to value by aligning solutions with business outcomes.

You will lead structured success planning, monitor usage, health indicators, and engagement data, and coordinate with Sales, Renewals, Technical Support and partners to address risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding and adoption to accelerate time to value.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships and align Autodesk solutions with customer priorities.
• Create and maintain Customer Success Plans with clear outcomes and milestones.
• Monitor usage, adoption trends, and health indicators to identify risks and opportunities.
• Engage at-risk customers with mitigation plans and coordinated actions with internal teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical Sales, Renewals, Technical Support and Partners for a unified experience.
• Lead regular customer engagements including success planning, adoption reviews and business reviews.
• Advocate for the customer within Autodesk and remove barriers to success.
