Autodesk Customer Success is seeking a Technical Adoption Specialist with a Civil Engineering background to support enterprise customers in Barcelona and worldwide. You will join the Technical Adoption and Success group within the Customer Technical Success team to maximize customer outcomes and product adoption.
You will deliver live coaching sessions, act as a technical trusted advisor, and develop packaged service offerings to accelerate Autodesk solution adoption.
Formación
- Fluent English plus advanced level of French proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
- 5–6 years Civil Engineering or related experience.
- Advanced knowledge of industry needs and workflows in civil engineering.
- Public speaking/presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, Map 3D, GIS is beneficial.
Responsabilidades
- Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk solutions.
- Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers to help adopt and achieve business outcomes.
- Build, maintain and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success and product adoption.
- Deliver digital content via 1:Many webinars for end users to drive adoption of Autodesk solutions.
- Develop and update digital content adhering to CTS quality standards.
