We are seeking a Customer Success Lead (remote in UK/EU) to own and scale our customer success function, driving adoption, retention and expansion across our enterprise client base while partnering with Sales, Product and Support.

• 2–4+ years in Customer Success leadership roles.
• Autonomy with a hands-on mindset, leading customer-facing work from the front.
• Proven ability to drive retention, expansion and customer value in enterprise environments.
• Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with highly regulated or complex industries is a plus.
• Deep interest in and practical use of AI to improve productivity.
• Ownership mindset and ability to solve complex problems with real-world impact.
