The role covers inquiries from Germany, Switzerland, and across Europe and requires fluency in English and German. The ideal candidate has a finance/accounting background, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple

Formación

• Background in finance and/or accounting is a plus.
• Experience handling a high volume of external customer inquiries and internal team follow-ups is a plus.
• Ability to manage a variety of high-frequency tasks.
• Structured and detail-oriented working style.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone — promptly and professionally.
• Analyze errors and resolve issues, including providing clear information and follow-up.
• Document interactions and escape complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Independently handle incoming customer requests, including creating tickets for internal tracking.
• Take responsibility for follow-up until reported incidents or errors are resolved.
• Handle customer inquiries from Germany, Switzerland, and across Europe.
• Serve as an internal first point of contact for operational knowledge of our software.
