Jobtailor is seeking a Customer Success professional to own ARR targets across a portfolio of site-based accounts in Barcelona. You will lead onboarding, expansion, and renewal motions, using data from CRM and tools to drive customer value and increased subscriptions.

You will collaborate with sales, distributors, and business leads to identify new opportunities and work with pricing and product teams to maintain customer satisfaction. Fluency in French, Spanish, and English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of experience in customer success, renewals (ARR), or inside-sales.
• Fluency in French, Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and drive ARR targets across a portfolio of site-based accounts.
• Lead onboarding, adoption, expansion and renewal motions using data and CRM/tools.
• Translate data and insights into customer value to increase service contracts and subscriptions.
• Collaborate with sales, distributors and business leads to identify new contract opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, customer care and business units on pricing, specs and product adaptations to maintain satisfaction.
