Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representative to work on-site. The role involves handling customer requests, ensuring SLA compliance, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers full training, opportunities for career development, and a central Barcelona location. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, with IT proficiency in Windows/MS Office.

Formación

• Proficient or bilingual in Swedish with an advanced level of English.
• Previous experience in a similar position and industry.
• Basic sales skills including upselling and cross-selling.
• Good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
• Working knowledge of IT platforms, devices, and applications: Windows/MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer requests with the necessary advice to ensure satisfaction and maintain SLA.
• Escalate potential service issues as needed.
• Follow all processes and procedures of the project.
• Provide cover for other agents in their absence within the same or across teams.
• Liaise with Supervisors/Mentors on specific projects when requested.
• Understand and comply with administrative duties including holidays, sickness and overtime forms on time and accurately.
• Attend regular Team Meetings.
• Work on additional tasks required by Supervisor or Mentor to maintain service performance and customer satisfaction.

What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:

• Respond appropriately tocustomers'requests andprovideall the necessary advice guaranteeing satisfaction and ensuring contractual SLA is maintained
