Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona (Onsite). You will handle incoming customer contacts via telephone, email, chat and other alerts, and you will resolve users’ requests while logging details and maintaining SLA.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Take incoming customer contacts (via telephone, email, chat other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands

Your Qualifications

• Have a proficient or bilingual level of Spanish, and advanced level of English

• Full‑time 39 hours/week permanent contract: rotative between Monday and Saturday, between 09.00 to 20.00. A maximum of 2 Saturdays per month, on a rotating basis, with one compensatory day off during the week.
