Concentrix Spain is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona to support healthcare-related brands with customer service excellence. You will handle outbound follow-ups, manage multitasking workloads, and perform back-office tasks to ensure high-quality service.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with full-time hours and a competitive onboarding program.

Formación

• Dutch language proficiency is required.
