Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Dutch-speaking Live Expert to join our on-site team in the high tech industry. You will demonstrate products on video calls, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service while you grow your career.

This full-time role offers a 39-hour week, a permanent contract, a base salary of 20,000 EUR per year plus up to 3,000 EUR in bonuses, and a friendly Barcelona office with training and development opportunities.

Formación

• Proficient or bilingual in Dutch and advanced English.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Interest or experience in technology.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate products and features on a video call.
• Increase sales and market share through interactions.
• Deliver excellent customer service on each call by answering queries efficiently and confidently.
• Maintain an expert understanding of products.
• Merchandising, maintaining, and reporting on inventory.
• Scriptwriting and translations.
• Creating and presenting training content.
• Support for filming tasks including potential out-of-hours work.

As a Live Expert on our team, you will:

• Demonstrate products and features on a video call
• Increase sales and market share through your interactions
• Deliver excellent customer service on each call by answering queries efficiently and confidently
