Job summary

Talantir in Valencia is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our Overseas team to support international customers through clear communication, accurate order handling and prompt issue resolution. Based in Valencia, you will coordinate with global partners and help maintain high service standards.

You will work with Sales, Logistics, and Finance, manage documentation, keep customer data up to date, and contribute to continuous process improvements in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, Arabic, French and Spanish.
• Experience in Customer Service, Export or Order Processing is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

• Handle daily communication with international customers across different regions.
