Formación

Responsabilidades

• Manage order entry for parts orders and pricing accurately.
• Review and process warranty claims per guidelines.
• Support customers with technical help via CRM (email and phone).
• Oversee order processing to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Generate service reports to track performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to resolve issues.
• Maintain records in CRM and internal systems.
• Contribute to process improvements.
