Accord Healthcare is seeking a Customer Service specialist to support the team in handling customer inquiries, order management, and incident coordination. You will liaise with transportation agencies to track shipments and manage incidents, while maintaining up-to-date databases and ensuring smooth communication with customers.

The ideal candidate is operative, team-oriented, and skilled in Excel; experience with ES KER, EDICOM, or SAP is a plus.

Formación

• Provide pre-notice to customers before incidents are detected.
