ADM seeks a proactive customer service and order management specialist to coordinate inquiries, quotations, orders, and export activities across global markets. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes SAP and Salesforce proficiency, English and French fluency, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced international environment.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or Order Management.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce preferred.
• Knowledge of logistics, export documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate daily with customers, sales teams and agents about inquiries, orders, projects, claims, and product documentation.
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and customer documentation.
• Coordinate sample requests and technical information with internal departments.
• Maintain customer, pricing, contract, and product data in SAP.
• Process customer orders, issue order confirmations, and monitor deliveries.
• Coordinate transport and export logistics (road, sea, air).
• Prepare export and customs documentation and liaise with freight forwarders, customs, banks, and regulators.
• Support payment processes, letters of credit, and credit control activities.
• Resolve customer complaints and claims with timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Quality, Logistics, Compliance, and Finance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX controls, and internal procedures.
• Support international customers across North Africa, APAC, LATAM, and other global markets.

In this role you are the main contact for customers, sales teams, and distributors from inquiry to delivery. You will coordinate quotations, orders, logistics, and export activities to ensure a smooth customer experience. You work closely with cross-functional teams to manage documentation, data, and payments while upholding company policies. You’ll handle international orders across North Africa, APAC, LATAM, and other markets, contributing to reliable and efficient order execution. This is a dynamic, global role that shapes customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
