Empresa Confidencial in Terrassa, Cataluña, is seeking a Customer Service and Order Management professional to have a real impact in an international life sciences environment. You will be the key contact ensuring accurate order entry and smooth communication with customers.

Responsibilities include processing orders, verifying pricing, coordinating logistics, preparing export/import documents, tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, handling complaints, and supporting the sales team with

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Logistics.
• Experience handling shipping and export/import processes is a plus.
• Strong IT skills and ERP experience are required.

• Coordinate logistics and manage export/import documentation.
• Track shipments and customs documentation, proactively resolving delivery issues.
• Handle complaints, cancellations, and compliance-related matters.

Your role in the team

You will play a key role in ensuring:

• Process and validate customer orders in line with company policies, ensuring accuracy in system entry.
• Provide professional and timely communication with customers, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
• Verify pricing and commercial conditions.
• Coordinate logistics and manage export/import documentation.
• Track shipments and customs documentation, proactively resolving any delivery issues.
• Handle complaints, cancellations, and compliance-related matters.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and process improvements, including the management of small customer accounts.

What we are looking for

• Studies relatd to International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Logistics
• Experience in the handling and shipping of dangerous goods (ADR, IMDG, and IATA-DGR) is a plus
• Experience with IT tools and ERP systems
