Foundever is seeking a fluent English speaker to provide telephone and email customer service for a major financial institution in Madrid. The role focuses on credit card queries and transaction support, requiring strong communication and a customer‑oriented approach.

The position offers a permanent contract, 39 hours per week, and an initial on-site setup with a potential hybrid option after training. Candidates should reside in Madrid or be willing to relocate, with English at C2 level and

Your mission will be to provide customer service in English, both by phone and email, to customers of an important financial institution. You will handle queries related to credit cards and support customers with any issues concerning their transactions.
Requirements

• Required languages: English proficiency at C2 level, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Required experience: Experience in customer service.
• Others requirements: Residence in Madrid or willing to relocate.
• Good communication skills, customer orientation and confidence using digital tools.
  

What do we offer you?

• Permanent contract with 2 months trial period.
• Full time 39 hours/week.
• Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 8pm.
• Modality of work: On-site. Possibility of hybrid modality once the learning curve has been overcome.
• Salary of €1,635 gross per month.
• Training duration: From 13 October to 23 October 2026, inclusive.
• Training schedule: Monday to Thursday, split shift from 9:00 to 18:00; Friday, continuous shift from 9:00 to 16:00.
• Training will be completed under contract.
