Foundever in Madrid is hiring for a Premium Automotive Project, a customer service role on a hybrid schedule. Fully paid training on-site in Madrid, with a permanent full-time contract and a salary up to €23,600 gross per year.

You will handle multi-channel inquiries for a luxury automotive brand, act as a brand ambassador, and deliver premium service across all interactions. Fluency in Spanish and advanced English (C1) is required; Portuguese is a plus; legal eligibility to work in Spain.

Location: Madrid, Spain

Work model: Hybrid

Working hours: Full-time -- 39 hours per week

Contract: Permanent contract

Salary: €22,000 -- €23,600 gross per year (language bonus included)

Start date: ASAP

Initial training: Fully paid, on-site in Madrid

Your role

• Provide multi-channel customer support aligned with luxury brand standards
• Manage customer inquiries, requests, and incidents efficiently
• Deliver a premium customer experience across all interactions
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring quality, accuracy, and professionalism

What we offer

• Permanent, full-time contract
• Rotating schedule from Monday to Friday between 07:50 and 20:00
• Gross annual salary up to €23.600, including language bonus
• Additional availability bonus of up to €400 gross per month for weekend coverage outside regular working hours
• Fully paid initial training (3 weeks), Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00
• Hybrid work model according to project guidelines
