Foundever in Madrid is recruiting for a customer service role supporting a luxury automotive project. You will provide multi-channel support, handle inquiries and incidents, and ensure a premium customer experience while acting as a brand ambassador.

We offer a permanent, full-time contract, a rotating schedule, fully paid initial training, language and weekend bonuses, and a hybrid work model in line with project guidelines.

Formación

• Native or bilingual Spanish
• Advanced English level (C1)
• Previous experience in customer service
• Strong customer orientation and digital skills
• Interest in the luxury automotive sector
• Portuguese language skills are a plus
• Legal eligibility to work in Spain

Location: Madrid, Spain

Working hours: Full-time - 39 hours per week

Contract: Permanent contract

Initial training: Fully paid, on-site in Madrid

Your role

• Provide multi-channel customer support aligned with luxury brand standards
• Manage customer inquiries, requests, and incidents efficiently
• Deliver a premium customer experience across all interactions
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring quality, accuracy, and professionalism

What we offer

• Permanent, full-time contract
• Rotating schedule from Monday to Friday between 07:50 and 20:00
• Gross annual salary up to €23.600, including language bonus
• Additional availability bonus of up to €400 gross per month for weekend coverage outside regular working hours
• Fully paid initial training (3 weeks), Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00
• Hybrid work model according to project guidelines
