Jobtailor is seeking a motivated customer service advisor in Barcelona to join our team. The role begins with a comprehensive training program and involves supporting Danish-speaking customers with setup and configuration of payment terminals or online solutions.

You will address and resolve inquiries, liaise with B2B clients by phone and email, and handle administrative tasks while maintaining a positive, motivated team environment.

Formación

• Native-level Danish required.
• Good command of English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a bonus.
• Comfortable using computers and various software.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Danish (both spoken and written)
• A good command of the English language
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not a deal-breaker
• Excellent communication skills for confidently interacting with customers
• Master problem solver, ready to tackle customer inquiries
• Juggling tasks and paying attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computer systems and various software applications
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
