Concentrix Valencia is seeking a Customer Service Representative who speaks Dutch, with strong English, to join our hybrid team and support automotive brands worldwide.

You will handle incoming contacts, log details, maintain product knowledge, escalate issues, guide customers through claims, and monitor service performance. The role offers a 39-hour weekly schedule, a permanent contract, and full training. We also operate a central office in Barcelona with a competitive package.

Formación

• Proficient or bilingual in Dutch plus an advanced level English.
• Good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
• Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ needs.
• Take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Log call details onto management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise.

• Stay up to date with latest products, processes and policy changes.

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:

• Take incoming customer contacts (via telephone, email, chat other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise
• Escalate potential service issues
• Guide customers through the claims process
• Monitor and report on customer service performance
• Keep up to date with all the latest products, processes and policy changes
