TDCX Barcelona is seeking a customer service professional fluent in English and German to join our global CX team. You’ll handle inquiries across email, phone and chat, resolve issues creatively, and ensure a high-quality service experience.

In this role you’ll collaborate with product, sales and CX teams, maintain accurate customer records in our systems, and learn our products deeply to help healthcare-focused clients. Flexible work arrangements and world-class training support your growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German at a native level.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone and chat.
• Resolve problems and complaints with creativity to ensure excellent service.
• Collaborate with product, sales and customer experience teams.
• Store all customer data reliably in our systems.
