Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a customer service professional to support prospective customers after interest in a product. You will represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism and attentiveness.

You will address pricing questions, collect insights, and prepare clear reports for retailer sales teams, ensuring consistency and premium brand positioning. The role offers full-time hours, training, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Dutch and English.

What you will do in this role

• Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after they've expressed interest in a product
• Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer satisfaction
• Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations, especially around pricing and product preferences
• Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear, structured format to support retailer sales teams
• Maintain consistency and relationship continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with the same prospects
• Ensure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand. .

REQUERIMENTS

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are bilingual or proficient in Dutch and English
• Hold a high school diploma (minimum), with a preferred background in business, communications, or automotive studies
• Bring experience in customer service or sales - ideally within the automotive or luxury sectors
• Communicate clearly and confidently, especially with executive-level or high-end clientele
• Demonstrate a strong interest in the automotive industry and premium products
• Are structured, professional, and discreet in handling sensitive topics like pricing or commercial offers
• Are comfortable following a detailed, scripted call approach and submitting written reports post-interaction.
