Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist (Spanish-speaking) to join our on-site team in the Automotive Industry. You will lead follow-up calls, represent a premium automotive brand, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional, discreet handling of pricing and offers.

This role requires bilingual Spanish and advanced English, a high school diploma, and experience in customer service or sales.

As An Customer Experience Specialiston Our Team, You Will

• Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after they’ve expressed interest in a product
• Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer satisfaction
• Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations, especially around pricing and product preferences
• Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear, structured format to support retailer sales teams
• Maintain consistency and relationship continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with the same prospects
• Ensure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand.

Concentrix Is a Great Match If You

• Are bilingual or proficient in Spanish and advanced in English
• Hold a high school diploma (minimum), with a preferred background in business, communications, or automotive studies
• Bring experience in customer service or sales — ideally within the automotive or luxury sectors
• Communicate clearly and confidently, especially with executive-level or high-end clientele
• Demonstrate a strong interest in the automotive industry and premium products
• Are structured, professional, and discreet in handling sensitive topics like pricing or commercial offers
• Are comfortable following a detailed, scripted call approach and submitting written reports post-interaction.

What’s In It For You

• Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Rotative from Monday - Saturday, between 09:00 - 20:00
• Base salary of 19.623,94 euros gross/year + up to 3,000 euros gross/year in bonus + private medical insurance
• Central location in Barcelona
