Concentrix Spain is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist (Flemish-speaking) for on-site Barcelona. You will lead follow-up calls with interested customers, represent a premium automotive brand, and address pricing and product concerns with discretion.

You will collect insights, document interactions clearly, and help maintain relationships across prospects, while delivering high-quality service aligned with the brand's standards.

Formación

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Interest in automotive or luxury brands.

What you will do in this role

• Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after they’ve expressed interest in a product
• Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer satisfaction
• Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations, especially around pricing and product preferences
• Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear, structured format to support retailer sales teams
• Maintain consistency and relationship continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with the same prospects
• Ensure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand.

Requirements

• Are bilingual or proficient in Dutch and English
• Hold a high school diploma (minimum), with a preferred background in business, communications, or automotive studies
• Bring experience in customer service or sales — ideally within the automotive or luxury sectors
• Communicate clearly and confidently, especially with executive-level or high-end clientele
• Demonstrate a strong interest in the automotive industry and premium products
• Are structured, professional, and discreet in handling sensitive topics like pricing or commercial offers
• Are comfortable following a detailed, scripted call approach and submitting written reports post-interaction.

Offer

• Full-time 39 hours/week, permanent contract: Monday - Saturday rotative 09.00 - 18.00
• Salary 21.473,38 euros gross/year + up to 3.000 euros gross/year in bonus + private medical insurance
