Eurofragance in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, EAT, to lead a regional team across Fine Fragrance, Personal Care, Home Care and Air Care, aligning strategies with sales and development.

You will develop client initiatives, briefs, and marketing tools, collaborating with global teams and translating market trends into fragrance projects to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Business Management.
• 8+ years in marketing, preferably B2C FMCG or B2B Fragrance.
• At least 3 years leading teams.
• Experience in Fine Fragrance required.
• Cross-category experience valued across Personal Care, Home Care or Air Care.
• Strong fragrance industry knowledge and passion.
• Proficient with Canva and Microsoft Office; digital tools savvy.
• Professional English and Spanish; French desirable.

What's your mission?

The Senior Marketing Manager, EAT will lead a team of marketing professionals and drive business growth across Fine Fragrance, Personal Care, Home Care and Air Care.

The role will define and execute the regional marketing strategy, aligned with account priorities and clients’ brand strategies and business needs. Working closely with Sales and Development, the Senior Marketing Manager will address client briefs while developing proactive initiatives to generate new business opportunities.

Combining team leadership with a hands‑on responsibility for key Fine Fragrance projects, the role will leverage trends, consumer insights, category expertise and fragrance technologies, collaborating with Perfumery, Evaluation, R&D and other cross-functional teams from strategy through execution.

Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

• Lead, manage and develop a team of marketing professionals across Fine Fragrance, Personal Care, Home Care and Air Care, setting priorities and ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Act as a strategic marketing partner to the EAT Sales Team, developing client initiatives, presentations and marketing tools aligned with global strategies and regional business needs.
• Brief the FDM Team with clear, insight-driven fragrance concepts, translating client objectives into fragrance development briefs.
• Contribute to the Global Marketing strategy by providing regional input and ensuring EAT business needs are represented in proactive marketing initiatives and tools.
• Monitor the Fine Fragrance category across the region, including market dynamics, product innovation, claims and consumer behaviour, providing relevant insights to the business.
• Equip and support the Sales Team with global marketing tools, new technologies and launches, collaborating with R&D and Evaluation to build relevant marketing stories.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional teams on key commercial initiatives, including client presentations, events and roadshows, ensuring alignment and effective execution.

What you need to shine in this role

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and/or Business Management.
• At least 8 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in B2C in FMCG or B2B in a Fragrance House.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading and developing teams.
• Previous experience in Fine Fragrance is required.
• Cross-category experience across Personal Care, Home Care and/or Air Care is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of the fragrance industry and passion for fragrances.
• Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook), with confidence using digital tools and new technologies.
• Languages: Spanish and English at a professional level; French is desirable.
• Availability to travel.
