Eurofragance, headquartered near Barcelona with offices worldwide, seeks an eager Commercial Back-office support specialist to join our Customer Experience team.

You will create proforma invoices, process orders, coordinate urgent shipments, and support regulatory document requests while learning SAP/Procis.

Spanish language is desirable; a customer-service background and a willingness to grow in a fast-expanding, multicultural company are valued.

Formación

• +1 year in administrative/customer service
• Preferably from industrial/production sector
• Spanish: desirable

Responsabilidades

• Create customer Proforma invoices and orders
• Launch technical documentation
• Coordinate urgent orders with logistics and planning departments
• Follow up on customer projects, request samples and quotations
• Fragrance codes release requests
• Quotation of new fragrances using pricing calculator
• Liaise with Regulatory to obtain documents per customer requirements
• Register and follow up on customer non-conformities
• Generate olfactive pyramids
• Prepare marketing materials and promo kits
• Customer service or support experience preferred
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly

Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

Commercial Back-office support role

Softwares: SAP/Procis/windows

Tasks:

• Creating customer Proforma Invoice and Order
• Launching technical documentation
• Coordinate urgent orders with logistics and planning departments
• Follow-up customer projects, request customer samples and quotations
• Fragance codes release request
• Quotation new fragrances with our pricing calculator
• Lease with the Regulatory department to request documents per customer requirements.
• Register and follow up of customer non-conformities
• Olfactive pyramids generation
• Marketing materials and promo-kits preparation.
• Customer Service or support role is preferred.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly

What you need to shine in this role

• +1 year as administrative/customer service area
• Preferably coming from the industrial and production sector
• Spanish: desirable
