Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Customer Engineer to provide advisory services that drive technology solutions for clients. The role demands extensive knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID products and strong customer-facing experience in systems architecture.

The ideal candidate should have a BA/BS in Information Technology or equivalent experience, capable of independently solving problems and delivering excellent customer service.

Formación

• 8+ years of customer-facing experience in systems architecture or IT consulting.
• Understanding of Microsoft's Modern IT Architecture and Strategy.
• Expert level knowledge of Microsoft enterprise software products.

Skills Required

• Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID External Identity Management
• Broad knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID products, including Microsoft Entra ID External Identities, Microsoft Entra B2C (custom policies), Microsoft Entra B2B, Microsoft Entra for Customers, Cross-Tenant Access Settings, Cross-Tenant Access Synchronization, and Microsoft Entra ID P1

Optional Skills

• Microsoft Entra Connect, Active Directory Federation Services, Microsoft Identity Manager
• Technical experience with hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, and technology management
• 8+ years of customer‑facing experience in systems architecture, administration, operations, software support, IT consulting, on‑premises and cloud support for enterprise or government customers, and advanced troubleshooting
• Understanding of Microsoft’s Modern IT Architecture and Strategy
• Track record in planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing cloud environments
• Azure certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Security Engineer Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Cybersecurity Administrator, Identity and Access Administrator)
• Ability to work independently
• Strong customer service, problem‑solving, communication, and executive‑level interpretation skills
• Advanced Microsoft certifications preferred
• BA/BS or higher in Information Technology or equivalent experience
• Expert level knowledge of Microsoft enterprise software products
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
