Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Customer Engineer to provide advisory services that drive technology solutions for clients. The role demands extensive knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID products and strong customer-facing experience in systems architecture.

The ideal candidate should have a BA/BS in Information Technology or equivalent experience, capable of independently solving problems and delivering excellent customer service.

Formación

• 8+ years of customer-facing experience in systems architecture or IT consulting.
• Understanding of Microsoft's Modern IT Architecture and Strategy.
• Expert level knowledge of Microsoft enterprise software products.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advisory services to help customers drive technology solutions.
• Architect, consult, and support in implementing solutions.

Conocimientos

Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID External Identity Management

Broad knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID products

Technical experience with hybrid infrastructures

Excellent customer service skills

Educación

BA/BS or higher in Information Technology or equivalent experience
