Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona is recruiting a Consumer Sales Representative (Swedish - speaking) for a hybrid role. You will drive sales, engage with HP Store customers, and manage inquiries while maintaining CRM hygiene and delivering great service.

The role requires native Swedish, advanced English, strong communication, and IT familiarity. You’ll join a global team with training, career development, and a clear path to growth.

Qualifications

• Native Swedish and Advanced level of English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc).
• Customer Driven and motivation to work in sales.
• Achievement and target oriented.
• IT knowledge and technical understanding.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
• Strong personal interest & curiosity in IT products and applications.
• Real capability to listen to customers.
• Ability to conduct effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.
• Exceptional customer facing and customer care skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
• Articulate the HP Store value proposition and act as POC for HP customers
• Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary
• Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow up and resolution
• Fast and effective response and resolution of incoming customer enquiries regarding sales, products or additional services
• Handle and close inbound customer querries to achieve quarterly quota
• Outbound activties when necessary to recover orders or convert quotes or execute targeted campaigns.
• Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound
• Ability to ask the right questions to identify customer needs
• Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline
• Login all customer contacts in the CRM system in use at the time.
• Maximize Store revenue by upselling/cross-selling to increase order value and AOV
• Awareness of Online Store promotions and campaigns to maximize their success
• Ensuring personal knowledge of the Store portfolio is maintained
• Maintain good CRM hygiene and tracking by accurately tracking all events within the CRM
