Allianz Technology is seeking an experienced Program Lead to drive the end-to-end introduction of a new CRM solution and the supporting IT service. This full program leadership role covers tool selection, architecture planning, budget/resource management, and rollout execution with accountability for on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, governance navigation, and experience with CRM or enterprise platforms, ideally in regulated sectors.

Formación

• Proven track record leading end-to-end IT application/service introduction programs, ideally including CRM or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of IT service management, integration architecture, and enterprise application landscapes.
• Experience with contract management systems or similar master-data-heavy integrations is a strong plus.
• Experience preparing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and budget/resource plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical audiences.
• Experience navigating governance, security, and compliance requirements in a regulated, enterprise environment (insurance/financial services is an advantage).
• Fluent English; Spanish and/or German a plus.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the build-vs-buy decision and vendor evaluation.
• Act as Product Owner, translating business needs into requirements for developers/vendors.
• Define the integration approach into the existing IT service landscape with architecture collaboration.
• Ensure seamless integration with the contract management tool and critical CRM linkage.
• Prepare detailed time, cost, and resource plans for the rollout lifecycle and secure governance approvals.
• Lead and coordinate all rollout activities including status meetings and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure delivery on time and on budget, with compliance to security and governance standards.
