VeryChic, part of the Accor Group, is looking for a CRM intern to join its Barcelona-based team. You will support omnichannel campaigns (email, push, web push), perform data-driven analyses, and help map customer journeys for lifecycle marketing improvements.

As a Master’s student in a relevant field, you will work in a dynamic, international environment with a young, collaborative team. Fluency in French is required, English is a plus, and a 6-month internship starting January 2027 is available.

Formación

• Native French speaker; English proficiency is a plus
• Master’s student in Digital Marketing, e-commerce, Data Analytics, Communication, or Business
• Strong analytical capabilities with a data/metrics mindset
• Rigorous, structured, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
• High interest in CRM, marketing automation, and customer segmentation
• Proactive, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about testing new marketing initiatives
• Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement starting January 2027
• Experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality is valuable

Responsabilidades

• Set up, execute, and optimize omnichannel CRM campaigns (email, push, web push) and personalize messages
• Analyze campaign KPIs and drive improvements through data-driven recommendations
• Assist in customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM activities with business goals
• Participate in market benchmarks and CRM automation best practices
