VeryChic, a leading European travel platform, offers a 6-month CRM internship in Barcelona. You will set up and optimize omnichannel campaigns, analyze performance, and drive personalized customer journeys in a dynamic, international team.

Ideal candidates are native French speakers with strong data analysis skills, pursuing a Master’s in marketing or business fields, and eager to learn from a fast-paced travel tech environment.

Formación

• Master’s student in Digital Marketing, e-commerce, Data Analytics, Communication, or Business.
• Native French speaker. Proficiency in English is a plus!
• Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data analysis, sales metrics, and KPI tracking.
• Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement starting January 2027.
• Previous experience in the tourism, travel, or hospitality industry is valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, execute, and optimize omnichannel CRM campaigns (email, push app, web push).
• Work on customer segmentation and message personalization to maximize engagement.
• Assist in customer journey mapping and optimize lifecycle marketing touchpoints.
• Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs, focusing on sales performance and marketing metrics.
• Participate in A/B testing, post-campaign reporting, and data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM execution with business goals.
