VeryChicVeryChic in Barcelona is seeking a CRM intern to support omnichannel campaigns, personalize messages, and drive engagement.

You will analyze campaign KPIs, participate in A/B tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM with business goals. This internship offers a fast-paced, international environment with hands-on experience in loyalty and customer engagement.

Formación

• Native French speaker. Proficiency in English is a plus!
• Master’s student in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Data Analytics, Communication, or Business.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a high orientation toward data analysis, sales metrics, and KPI tracking.
• Rigorous, structured, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• High interest in CRM, marketing automation, and customer segmentation.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about testing new marketing initiatives.
• Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement starting January 2027.
• Previous experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality industry is valuable.

Responsabilidades

• CRM Campaign Execution & Personalization: Set up, execute, and optimize omnichannel CRM campaigns (email, push app, web push).
• Work on customer segmentation and message personalization to maximize engagement.
• Assist in customer journey mapping and optimize lifecycle marketing touchpoints.
• Performance Analysis & Data Insight: Monitor and strictly analyze campaign KPIs, focusing on sales performance and marketing metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in A/B testing, post-campaign reporting, and data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct market benchmarks and competitive intelligence on CRM trends and automation best practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align CRM execution with overall business goals.
