Elha Laser Center invites a CRM Manager to own the customer lifecycle and CRM strategy across Elha and Láserum in Spain, Portugal, Italy and France. You will design and optimise journeys that drive recurrence, repurchase and long-term value, while keeping the customer database clean and actionable.

You will implement a proprietary segmentation model with data partners, lead cross-market rollout, and translate segmentation into actionable campaigns.

Formación

• Proven experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing with automation.
• Strong analytics: cohort analysis, open rate, CTR, LTV.
• Experience with data hygiene and segmentation governance.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain customer journeys across brands.
• Lead segmentation model implementation across markets.
• Coordinate with data partners for rollout.
• Test and optimize campaigns using A/B testing.
