Fever in Madrid is seeking a CRM Marketing professional to activate customer data and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across email, push, and in-app messages. You will refine multi-channel communications, develop retention strategies, and support campaign setup in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The role requires 2–3 years in Digital Marketing and CRM, strong SQL/AMPScript skills, and a data-driven mindset. Hybrid work with a central Madrid office is offered.

Formación

• 2–3 years experience in Digital Marketing and CRM.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong SQL and AMPScript skills.
• Ability to use behavioral, transactional and demographic data for insights.
• Analytical, commercially savvy and data-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Activate customer data to develop and execute end-to-end CRM strategy and communications across email, push, and in-app messages.
• Refine multi-channel communications and retention strategies to improve the customer experience.
• Support campaign setup and user journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Define and track campaign success metrics; own weekly/monthly reporting and ad hoc analyses.
