Planeta DeAgostini is seeking a student to undertake an internship in CRM to join the Customer Value Maximization team at an exciting moment: we are moving many of our manual CRM operations towards automation, experimentation and AI.

In this role you will take ownership of core marketing operations and, at the same time, contribute to the projects that are changing how we run CRM: dynamic segments, automated audience delivery, automated reporting and AI use cases.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and check audiences for product launch emails, ad hoc offers and ongoing CRM programs.
• Run campaign tests before every send, checking rendering, links and promo codes so each communication goes out right.
• Refresh recurring reports and carry out regular dashboard checks.
• Coordinate with marketing, customer service, data and technology teams to keep campaigns accurate and on schedule.
• Support the rollout of automated segment generation.
• Help automate manual reporting activities.
• Support campaign testing and go live across our main communication flows.
• Follow up on AI use cases and segmentation tests for product launches.
• Track the progress of projects that use AI and automation to remove repetitive CRM tasks.

In this role you will take ownership of core marketing operations and, at the same time, contribute to the projects that are changing how we run CRM: dynamic segments, automated audience delivery, automated reporting and AI use cases.

This is not a shadowing internship. Your work will have a direct impact on the team, freeing capacity for testing and automation, and you will see from the inside how a CRM program runs across multiple markets.
