Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Credit Controller Analyst I to manage credit risk and collect trade debt for our North America region. You will analyze financial statements, set credit limits, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely collections.

The role supports process improvements, documentation, and training within a Shared Services environment, with a focus on maintaining accurate account status and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in credit and collections.
• Shared Services experience.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle.

Responsabilités

• Manage medium-to-high complexity customer portfolios with payment terms and credit limits.
• Perform credit risk assessments for new and existing customers.
• Support collection targets by following up on balances and negotiating plans.
• Review and manage Credit Hold activities and release orders based on credit analysis.
• Prepare customer information and reports for leadership and Accounting.
