Job summary

PropHero is seeking an Influencer & Creator Partnerships Executive to build and scale our creator/ad influencer channel. You will identify creators, coordinate collaborations, and turn content opportunities into measurable business results.

Working with the Partnerships Lead and Marketing Manager, you will manage the creator pipeline, out-reach, briefs, and publication schedules while tracking performance and staying ahead of trends to maximise impact.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in marketing, content, social media, influencer marketing, partnerships or a similar role.
• Proactively follows social media trends and creators to spot opportunities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Scout and identify new creators and influencers relevant to PropHero.
• Manage the creator pipeline and coordinate conversations and next steps.
• Support partnerships, outreach, and collaboration agreements.
• Coordinate content campaigns, briefs, creation, publication, and deadlines.
• Monitor platforms and trends to identify new opportunities.
• Track reach, engagement, traffic and leads to optimise the channel.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align creator activity with goals.
