About the Role

Our client, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing community well-being through sports, is seeking a passionate and organized Coordinador de Programas Deportivos Comunitarios to join their team in León, Guanajuato . Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of program participation, outcomes, and financial data. Represent the organization at community meetings, events, and relevant forums in Guanajuato .

Requirements

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Social Work, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, community development, or sports management, preferably in a non-profit setting. Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute community events and programs. Strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills. Experience in volunteer management and team leadership. Knowledge of various sports and recreational activities suitable for community settings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the León, Guanajuato region.
