Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with e-commerce goals.

• Manage social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
• Run and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Analyze social media performance metrics, provide regular reports, and use insights to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and integrated campaigns.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within an e-commerce context.
• Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling written and visual content.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Familiarity with social media advertising and campaign management.
