Placements24 is seeking an experienced Coordinador/a de Programas de Apoyo a Migrantes y Refugiados for a fully remote position. You will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs that provide essential services, legal aid, and integration support to migrant and refugee communities.

You will develop strategic partnerships, manage budgets, mentor staff, and advocate for migrants and refugees while coordinating efforts that may involve León, Guanajuato, or other key areas.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in International Relations, Social Work, Law, Public Policy, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of program management experience in humanitarian or development sectors focusing on migration/refugee issues.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets and diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of legal and psychosocial challenges faced by migrants and refugees.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
