Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking French native speakers to join our market research hub. You will recruit doctors into a panel and maintain trustful relationships as they participate in studies. You will contact doctors to invite them to studies and follow up to maximize participation, handling queries and keeping records up to date.

You will work in a dynamic team environment, contributing to diverse projects and ensuring high engagement from healthcare professionals across studies.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
