Job summary

IQVIA is seeking French native speakers to recruit doctors for its Madrid market research panel. You will build a trusted relationship with healthcare professionals, invite them to studies, and manage ongoing engagement to ensure high participation.

The role requires French in-depth, good English, and strong organizational and communication skills. You will support translations and document management while collaborating with a multinational team.

Qualifications

• French native speaker.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
