Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to build and manage a stable pool of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. The role involves engaging healthcare professionals, inviting them to participate in studies, and maintaining updated records while handling inquiries with professionalism.

You will establish trust with participants, follow up on questionnaire completion, and support translations and documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience in multi-national environments is advantageous.
• Additional tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Build doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among assigned doctors using various channels and arguments.
