CP Yachts in Spain operates a 31-meter sailing yacht cruising the North Atlantic. We seek a dedicated Cook/Steward to prepare meals, manage galley inventory, and maintain hygiene across galley and crew spaces.

Working with a small five-person crew, you will provide guest service, support interior upkeep, and contribute to a cohesive team in a dynamic sailing environment. A proactive attitude and experience in similar roles are essential.

We are seeking a dedicated Cook/Steward(ess) for a 31-meter sailing yacht, currently based in Spain, with a cruising itinerary in the North Atlantic Ocean. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of meals, managing food inventory, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the galley and common areas. In addition to culinary duties, the role includes providing excellent service to guests and assisting with interior upkeep. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, strong cooking skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a small crew of five. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and hygiene are essential. This is a permanent position, suitable for those looking to contribute to a cohesive team in a dynamic environment.

The role combines interior duties with cooking good, simple crew food. The owners usually travel with a private chef, offering a great opportunity to learn and develop, with occasional owner breakfasts and lunches required.
