A 30m high-performance private sailing yacht is seeking a full-time Chef to join its active, world-cruising programme. The role is based in Palma, with October start, on a full-time basis. The yacht cruises Mediterranean, Caribbean and USA East Coast, with plans for further pioneering itineraries.

You will prepare plated and family-style meals and adapt to varying voyage lengths. Previous sailing yacht experience is required; salary is DOE and leave is flexible.

A 30m high-performance private sailing yacht is seeking a full-time Chef to join its active, world-cruising programme.

Launched in 2021 and freshly refitted in summer 2026, and will be cruising between the Mediterranean, Caribbean and USA East Coast, with future plans for the South Pacific and a worldwide circumnavigation.

The owners are active and hands-on, with trips generally lasting between one and three weeks. The Chef should be self-sufficient and comfortable preparing both plated and family-style meals, as well as practical lunches while the yacht is sailing. The owners enjoy modern American, Asian and Italian cuisine.

Previous sailing yacht experience is required.
