McMaster Yachts Crew seeks a Chief Stewardess for a 37m sailing yacht on private/charter work. The role is world cruising with a start on 1 October in the USA. You will lead one stewardess on guest trips and work independently between charters.

A strong wine knowledge, hospitality background, and STCW with B1/B2, ENG1, Food Hygiene Level 2, a driving licence and a passport valid for at least six months are required. Salary is €5,000 monthly with a probation of three months and potential increase.

Formación

• 2 years of experience on yachts of a similar size.
• Hospitality background is required.

• Lead the Chief Stewardess role on a 37m sailing yacht for private/charter work.
• Manage guest service on trips and ensure top-tier hospitality.
• Supervise the 2nd Stewardess during guest trips and coordinate with deck team.

• You will have a 2nd Stewardess below you during guest trips, but in-between trips you will work independently while the 2nd Stewardess helps out on deck.




• Itineriary is America/Caribeann winter 26'/27', summer 27' cruising UK, Ireland, and Scandinavia.




• A strong understanding of food and wine knowledge is essential.




• 2 years of experience on yachts of a similar size, and with a hospitality background




• Salary is €5,000 with an increase after a 3 month probation




• STCW, B1B2, ENG1, Food & Hygiene level 2, Driving licence and a passport with 6 months validity.
