YOA Yacht Crew seeks a motivated Deck/Stew for a 40m private motor yacht. This world cruising program offers an itinerary and a role split between exterior and interior duties.

The ideal candidate has at least one season of yachting experience (Deck or Stew) with a willingness to learn both areas; PBL2 is a bonus and lines handling is essential.

Formación

• Minimum one season of yachting experience in either Deck or Stew.
• PBL2 certification is a bonus.
• Confident and safe handling of lines.
• Some product knowledge with willingness to learn.
• Professional presentation and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Split duties between exterior and interior tasks.
• Role is 60% Deck / 40% Stew with schedule variations.
• During guest trips, 50% interior and 50% deck time.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and guest-ready presentation.

DECK/STEWARDESS / STEWARD — 40M PRIVATE MOTOR YACHT

We are looking for a motivated and versatile Deck/Stew to join a 40m private motor yacht. This is a world cruising program with a great itinerary coming up.

The ideal candidate will have at least one season of experience in either the Deck or Stew role (preferably both) and be keen to develop their skills across both areas.

The Role

This is a 60/40 Deck/Stew position, with responsibilities split between exterior and interior duties depending on the yacht's schedule and guest trips.

When guests are onboard, the role will be split with 50% of the day on the interior and 50% of the day on deck.

Requirements

• Minimum one season of yachting experience in either Deck or Stew
• PBL2 will be a bonus
• Confident and safe handling lines
• Some product knowledge, with a willingness to continue learning
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Flexible and happy working across both departments
• Professional presentation and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to adapt to the demands of a private yacht environment

Package

• Salary: DOE — to be discussed at interview stage
