A-Z Yachting Ltd seeks a Chief Stewardess to join a 40m+ private sailing yacht based in Spain. Start mid-October; permanent position with the Caribbean leg for winter and Med cruising in summer 2027. You will manage the interior, lead by example, and work with a small, diverse crew of six.

English fluency and a professional attitude are essential for success. Salary is DOE and aligns with yacht industry standards for a private vessel of this size, with a focus on service excellence and teamwork

Formación

• Experience as a Chief or Sole Stew on larger sailing vessels.
• Sailing experience is essential.
• Confident with all aspects of the interior.
• Able to lead by example.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and great team player are of importance.
• Fluent in English
• Non-smoker
• B1 Visa is preferred.
• Schengen visa and Seamans Discharge Book for non-EU passport holders.

Caribbean for the winter with regatta and owner use. Med for the summer 2027.

Position Type:
