Oyster Yachts is seeking a hands-on Captain & Chef/Stew couple for an 82ft sailing yacht operating in the Med and Caribbean. The roles require leadership and dual expertise to deliver high-standard service for private owners and charter guests.

The team may expand with a temporary Stew during peak periods to maintain service quality; STCW and ENG1 are listed prerequisites, with availability by late September.

Formación

• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Previous yacht chef experience at similar level.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene.
• Capability to stand watches.
• Sailing experience.
